Terms, data and how to reach us.

Access to a modification for the game Deadlock for the period you choose: a week, a month or a year. Access is personal: it is tied to your account on forums.vein.pub and cannot be shared or resold. You must be 18 or over to buy access.

Right after payment, in your forum account. If there is still no access 24 hours later, contact support and we will open it manually.

Access opens immediately, so payments are generally not refundable once made. By paying, you agree to immediate access and give up the period during which digital goods could otherwise be returned.

We will still refund you if:

• you were charged twice for one order: we refund the extra charge;
• access never opened and support could not fix it;
• the program never started even once, you contacted us within 7 days of payment, went through every step with support, and the problem turned out to be ours.

We do not refund if you changed your mind, picked the wrong plan, your game account was banned, or a game update temporarily stopped the program working.

To request a refund, send support your order number and payment date. We reply within 10 business days, and money goes back the same way you paid. If you open a dispute with your bank (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, access is switched off.

Using the modification may break the game's rules, and your game account may be banned, possibly permanently. You take that risk yourself: we do not compensate bans, in-game purchases or lost progress.

The game updates regularly, and after an update the program sometimes stops working for a while. We fix things fast but do not promise exact timeframes. If downtime drags on, we may extend your subscription to cover it.

Share access, resell it, reverse-engineer the program or publish its files. Doing so switches access off with no refund.

The most we are liable for is what you paid for the current period. Any issue goes through support first; if we cannot agree, a court decides.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. A period you have already paid for is covered by the version in force when you paid. By pressing “Pay” you accept these terms in full.

• Visit statistics. We use Umami, hosted on our own server at stats.vein.pub. It collects anonymous data: page, referrer, country, device and browser type. Nothing is shared with third-party ad networks.
• One cookie: vein_src. It lives 90 days on the .vein.pub domain and stores only the source of your first visit (utm_* tags or the referring site). It exists so we can tell which advertising pays for itself. You can delete it in your browser at any time; the site works the same without it.
• Interface events. Clicks on key buttons are sent to our server as an event name, page address, referrer and country code.
• The contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive the contact details and message you enter, the plan you selected, and technical request data: IP address, country code and browser string. The message is delivered to a private support chat on Telegram.

Purchases and support run on forums.vein.pub. Registering there processes your account name, email address, password (as an irreversible hash), login IP addresses and order history.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is taken by the payment provider on their side; they receive your email address, your account identifier, the order number, the amount and the currency. The provider processes that data independently, under its own rules.

• Cloudflare: hosting, bot protection and delivery; processes the IP address of every request;
• Telegram: delivery of support messages;
• the payment provider: processing payments;
• authorities: only on a lawful request.

We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertising platforms.

• the vein_src cookie: 90 days;
• anonymous statistics: indefinitely, as they cannot identify you;
• support correspondence: up to 12 months;
• account data and order history: while the account exists; payment records for as long as applicable rules and the payment systems require.

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account data ends access to a paid subscription with no refund.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If such data has reached us, tell us and we will delete it.
